Record your plan
Enter the medication, route, strength, dose, and schedule from your own instructions. Custom medications and units are supported. Nourish does not select a dose or change your prescription.
Keep history intact
Each dose keeps a snapshot of the plan at the time it was recorded. Editing your current plan does not rewrite earlier treatment records.
Remember without broadcasting
Set local medication reminders and choose whether notification text includes details. Pause them, change the schedule, or snooze a notification for an hour. Travel settings let you choose local time or a fixed home time zone.
A record is an observation
Mark a recorded dose as taken or skipped. An empty day is simply a day without a record. There are no estimated drug-level charts or catch-up-dose instructions.
