Using the service
Nourish is a personal recording and educational tool for adults. You may use it to keep your own food, water, weight, treatment, symptom, and related observations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the entries you save and for using the service lawfully.
Product scope
Nourish does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate a dose, recommend a medication schedule, or monitor emergencies. It does not replace your clinician’s instructions. Reminders reflect the schedule you enter and can be delayed or suppressed by device settings. A missing record does not prove that an event did not happen.
Food databases and optional AI estimates may be incomplete or wrong. Review food identity, ingredients, portion, and nutrients before saving. Trends summarize recorded observations; they do not establish causation or promise a health outcome.
Subscriptions
Paid features require an active subscription or an eligible introductory offer. Apple presents the localized price, billing period, full charge, and applicable introductory terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account. Manage cancellation and refund requests through Apple. Removing the app, signing out, or deleting your Nourish account does not cancel a subscription.
When paid access ends, access to saved records, exports, reports, deletion, reminders, and subscription management remains available. Creating new paid journal entries and using paid analysis require active access. Analysis also requires consent, a connection, and available capacity. The app shows the applicable usage limit.
Your records and account
You retain your rights in the records you create. You authorize the processing necessary to provide the features you choose, as described in the privacy policy. Protect your device and Apple Account. Optional cloud recovery requires the Apple identity linked to that backup; restoring a purchase alone does not recover a journal.
You may export and delete records through the app. Shared reports and exported copies are controlled by the destination you select. Keep an independent export when continued access is necessary to you.
Availability and changes
Features may depend on Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, OpenAI, or food-data services. Outages, unavailable credentials, network problems, or platform changes can affect those features. Nourish may change to maintain compatibility, correct errors, or comply with applicable requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular result.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, bypass usage controls, upload unlawful material, or use Nourish to store another person’s records without permission. We may limit abusive access while preserving applicable rights to account data.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow to be excluded. The iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.
